As soon as your package is ready we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online via your order page. You can also register your mobile number for tracking notifications, so you will never miss a delivery!
IMPORTANT NOTES
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or delays caused by the courier companies or customs.
  • Orders placed on the weekend: All orders placed on Fridays after 1pm, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • It is not possible to stop a shipment after your order is placed on the website as all our systems are automated and connected. Any exchanges, returns, canceling of order will have to be made once you receive the items and return them to us.
CUSTOMS DUTIES - NON-US CUSTOMERS
All orders are dispatched by our MIAMI - FLORIDA warehouse, please be mindful of the import taxes your country may charge.
Please note that customers takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and customs clearance charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
If you are shopping from outside the USA you are subject to paying import tax to your country. Paying your import tax to your government its is your responsibility, please carefully check the tax rates of your country before placing an order.
Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country by the courier company delivering the goods. Usually Fedex will contact you for customs clearance and you must respond. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us.
For more accurate information, please get in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Unfortunately, if you do not check this information before placing an order, and refuse to pay your import tax bill to customs, they will return the goods back to us. We will then have to charge you the shipping costs involved plus $15 (USD) penalty fee. These charges will be deducted from your original payment once the goods come back to us.
Please also note that we are not able to cancel or refund an order once it is in transit with customs. If you choose to not handle the customs process you will have to wait until customs release the package and deliver it. back to us, in order to receive your refund with the previously mentioned deductions.
