If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer full refunds or exchanges on all returned items, excluding discounted items. Discounted styles can be exchanged or processed for store credit.

Returns Deadlines:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate the return process either through your customer account log in or by contacting us via email at Kindly review our returns policy before proceeding. Once you've registered your return request, you'll receive the return instructions via email. You then have an additional 14 days to ensure the items reach our facilities in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Failure to meet these deadlines, unfortunately, disqualifies you from receiving a refund or exchange. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for a secure return process.


Returns Conditions: 

  • State of the items: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned items must be in perfect condition. We meticulously inspect every item before shipping them to you, and we kindly request that you do the same before returning them to us. 
  • Secure Package: Items must be returned in their original packaging with the brand labels intact. Any damage, dirt, or removal of brand tags will render the items ineligible for a refund, and they will be returned to you. 
  • Damages: Please note that returning damaged items or items with makeup marks, deodorant marks, strong smells, or signs of wear constitutes damage to the original product and will not be accepted.
  • Identification: Returns without the receipt or unidentified returns cannot be processed.
  • Sale items: Discounted items, and promotional orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not a refund.
  • Attention to return address: Please ensure you return items to the correct address. We cannot assist with locating or providing a refund for goods sent to an incorrect address.

Unfortunately, if any of the conditions mentioned above are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Failure to adhere to our policies, such as returning damaged items, or items outside the accepted return window, will result in the rejection of your request. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the handling and shipping costs for the return of the items back to you.



We are happy to offer one exchange per order. Simply submit your exchange request via email, and we will provide you with detailed instructions. If you are still unsatisfied after an exchange, we will refund your items in the form of store credit.



Upon receiving your return at our facilities, please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund. While we make every effort to expedite this process and strive to issue refunds before the 30-day period, it's important to note that this timeline encompasses potential delays that may arise in the process. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that sale items, discounted items, and promotional/discounted orders will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the processing time of your bank or credit card provider should be considered in addition to our processing time.


Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first contact your bank as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at


Faulty Item:

If you discover a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with pictures or videos of the identified fault. We will initiate a quality control check, and if the fault is confirmed, we will replace the item for you.


Shipping Your Return:

Once you've registered your return request, you'll receive the return instructions via email. You then have an additional 14 days to ensure the items reach our facilities safely. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us in perfect condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
