RETURNS POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2022
We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase at RHAIKA, and we want you to feel confident in your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer 1 exchange for each returned order.
**ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED IN THE FORM OF AN EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS**
All purchases are eligible for 1 exchange—processed either via store credit/gift card, which you can redeem online, or by selecting exchange items directly with our customer service team via email.
We provide one exchange per order. Once we receive your returned items, we will conduct quality control checks and issue store credit for the order value, excluding shipping costs.
⚠️ Store Credit Redemption Deadline:
- Store credit must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.
- If store credit is not redeemed before the deadline, your original order will be shipped back to you, and returns will no longer be accepted.
Returns Deadlines:
To initiate a return, you must submit a formal request via email within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returned garments must be in their original, undamaged, and unworn condition, with the original tag and packaging intact.
Once registered, you will receive return instructions via email, and the items must reach our facility within an additional 14 days to be eligible for an exchange.
Failure to meet these deadlines disqualifies you from receiving the exchange. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for a secure return process.
Returns Conditions:
- State of the items: To qualify for an exchange, the returned items must be in perfect condition. We meticulously inspect every item before shipping them to you, and we kindly request that you do the same before returning them to us.
- Secure Package: Items must be returned in their original packaging with the brand labels intact. Any damage, dirt, or removal of brand tags will render the items ineligible for an exchange, and they will be returned to you.
- Damages: Please note that returning damaged items or items with makeup marks, deodorant marks, strong smells, or signs of wear constitutes damage to the original product and will not be accepted.
- Identification: Returns without the receipt or unidentified returns cannot be processed.
- Sale items: Discounted items and promotional orders are eligible for exchange only.
- Attention to return address: Please ensure you return items to the correct address. We cannot assist with locating or providing store credit for goods sent to an incorrect address.
Unfortunately, if any of the conditions mentioned above are not met, you will not be eligible for the exchange. Failure to adhere to our policies, such as returning damaged items or items outside the accepted return window, will result in the rejection of your request. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the handling and shipping costs for the return of the items back to you.
Exchanges:

Refunds:

Faulty Item:
If you discover a faulty item, please contact us within 48hours of receiving it with pictures or videos of the identified fault. We will initiate a quality control check, and if the fault is confirmed, we will replace the item or refund you.
Shipping Your Return:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us in perfect condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
